Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Certablo, an independent digital learning platform for AWS certification preparation.

1. Service

Certablo provides original lessons, practice activities, progress tracking, and certification course structures. Availability and content depth vary by course and are shown in the certification catalog.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for using your own account and keeping access to it secure. Account access may not be resold, shared publicly, or used to copy or redistribute course material.

3. Free accounts

Creating an account is free and does not start a subscription. Course lessons, knowledge checks, and practice require an active membership unless Certablo explicitly grants another access level. Account details and retained learning statistics remain available after membership ends.

4. Membership and billing

The membership costs €14 per month unless a different price is clearly displayed before checkout. A paid subscription starts only after confirmation in Stripe Checkout. Billing dates, taxes, payment methods, invoices, and cancellation status are shown in Stripe's customer portal.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel through the billing portal. Course access ordinarily continues until the end of the paid billing period shown there. Afterward, paid course content is locked while the account and learning statistics remain available. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. Educational disclaimer

Certablo supports exam preparation but does not guarantee a passing result, employment, or certification. AWS controls its examinations, policies, and certification requirements.

7. Intellectual property

Certablo course structures, explanations, questions, and interface content are protected material. Personal study use is permitted; reproduction, automated extraction, publication, resale, or creation of competing question banks from the content is not.

8. Availability and changes

We may improve, replace, or discontinue features and content. Material changes affecting a paid membership will be communicated where required.

9. Independence from AWS

Certablo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon Web Services, Inc. AWS and related marks belong to their respective owner.

10. Operator information

The complete operator address, contact details, governing-law clause, and consumer dispute information must be finalized in the legal notice before commercial launch.
